From traditional English food at The Old Station House, Appley Bridge, to French cuisine at The Bell Tower, Knowsley, our head chef spent his formative years gaining experience first as a commis chef then as a sous chef. He then spent 8 years at West Tower, Aughton as head chef before joining Aspects where he has been head chef for 5 years - doing what he likes best - cooking fresh produce for his discerning customers.

Restaurant Manager

A local girl from Skelmersdale, Michelle joined Aspects straight from school. During the six years since, she has been promoted through the ranks from Waitress, to Supervisor, to Assistant Restaurant Manager and, in 2008, to Restaurant Manager.

Assisted by a team of 11 enthusiastic staff, Michelle firmly believes that service and atmosphere are the two vital ingredients in developing and maintaining success: a belief that is evidenced by a passion and drive for excellence that leaves a lasting impression on her ever-returning diners!
