From traditional English food at The Old Station House, Appley Bridge, to French cuisine at The Bell Tower, Knowsley, our head chef spent his formative years gaining experience first as a commis chef then as a sous chef. He then spent 8 years at West Tower, Aughton as head chef before joining Aspects where he has been head chef for 5 years - doing what he likes best - cooking fresh produce for his discerning customers.

Vio Vlasceanu

Restaurant Manager

Vio's first restaurant manager position was at the Five Star Atlantica Imperial Hotel in Rhodes where he spent 2 years before returning home to Bucharest as assistant manager with the internationally recognised Five Star Majestic Hotel.

He then moved to the UK to take his position as general manager of the award winning Nana’s Restaurant in South Wales and then moving on to join Aspects as Resident Manager in January 2006.

Vio and his wife, Andreea, are now proud parents of baby Eric, born on Thursday, 26th July 2007 - the first of many???
